The Adirondack Mission annual meeting

The Annual Meeting of the Adirondack Mission 
This is your official invitation to the annual business meeting of the Adirondack Mission churches for 2020. 
This year due to Covid virus restrictions we are going to be holding the annual meeting on Sunday August 2nd immediately following the 9am Sunday Eucharist service at Church of the Good Shepherd on Main Street in Chestertown. This will be the only service held in the mission that day. 
We have two open vestry positions this year and already have two candidates to fill them, however it is required for us to have enough regular members of the churches in attendance to properly vote them in. We will also have an update of the finances to this point in the year. 
This business will be conducted while we have a socially distancing coffee hour with a fruit platter, and desserts as well as Coffee, Tea, and cold drinks.
